Helen Sutton would love to share her 2 bedroom self contained unit (on the ground level of her mum's house) in Collaroy with a christian female flatmate. Helen's mum lives upstairs and she lives downstairs in this 2 bedroom unit.
$240 per week for board and lodging (including rent, food, electricity, water etc. Telephone not included). Student Rate = $230 per week.
The unit is fully furnished and the available room has a bed, wardrobe and desk. There is also a kitchen with fridge, a bathroom and a separate lounge room within the unit.
The beach is a 10 minute walk and the bus stop is 5 minutes. Manly is only 20 minutes away.
