PTC Course Registration : Closes 15 May 2006

URGENT: Anyone who is interested in completing the PTC course: "Introducing the Bible" needs to complete an application form and get it to Cathy Collins by Monday, 15 May 2006 for successful registration. Leisa Aitken will be running the course on Monday nights starting on 5 June 2006.

Costs

$75.00 - Single Person
$113.00 - Husband & Wife using same notes

$45.00 - Concession
$60.00 - Concession with Husband and Wife using same notes

NB: People requiring concessions need to obtain an additional form from Moore College by calling Tel. 9577 9911

Once you have completed the form, please return the form(s) to Cathy Collins in the office by Monday, 15 May 2006

Cathy will be sending all the forms in on the 16th to make the 18 May Closing Date Deadline at Moore College.
